Dr. Katz always takes whatever time is needed with his patients to ensure everything has been covered, all questions answered. For this reason it is not a concern when waiting time in the exam room is long as we know he is giving those before us the time they need as well.

He did not make me feel rushed in the slightest. He explained everything repeatedly and thoroughly, and even pointed out some conflicts with meds that no one else did. He also took some of my complaints seriously re: my sinuses that others have not. I could tell he was really listening to me and taking in what I was saying, corrected me when I had incorrect assumptions about things, and was very kind throughout. As a woman, I am always grateful when my symptoms are taken seriously. He also did not run too far behind schedule, especially considering it was an emergency sick appointment and everyone is overbooked this time of year. Not once did I feel like I was forgotten about.

Dr Katz ALWAYS takes the time necessary for each patient, does not rush the visit to get to the next person. Always answers questions to our satisfaction and ensures we understand what has been told. He is an A-1 best provider!
