My experience with Michael has been extremely positive. He creates a calm environment, listens closely, and makes sure I understand the purpose behind each exercise. His patience and professionalism make it easy to stay consistent, and I appreciate how he tailors each session to what I need that day

He is very knowledgeable and encourages me when I'm discouraged. He explains things very thoroughly. He understands my ups, downs, and being emotional because of my pain and necessary use of pain meds.
