Overall GREAT experience. I was seen in a timely matter and Dr was great also!

The provider spoke with me for 10 minutes while he did a hurried neuro exam. He immediately just said I needed a referral. No reason why and no explanation of what kind of doctor i needed to see. No attempt at why I’m experiencing symptoms or concern. No explanation of what tests or why. No further explanation of why the referral and what that physician can do. I am so disappointed in this care. Bedside manner was very poor..

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Schwartzman is always very thorough with my 6 month visits. Listens to what I have to say, and does all of his tool tests checking my neuropathy each visit.

Michael Schwartzman is an excellent neurologist. I have great trust in him. He listens and tells me what I should do. We really like him.

The doctor did not want to listen to what I had to say.I felt like I was just a number that got rushed through my visit. I have never felt like that with any other part of any of my care at St lukes.

Staff has always been kind, courteous and professional. Dr Schwartzman always has a smile and pleasant demeanor. He takes the time to explain things, so I can understand. He answers my questions in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that.

Dr Shwartzman was absolutely wonderful. He listened and set up everything we needed to do to get me all taken care of. I have been to several doctors that couldn’t find what was wrong with me and wouldn’t listen. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Great job. 5 stars from me. on a scale of 1 to 10 he is definitely a 10

Dr. Schwartzman is a wonderful and caring doctor. He spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel like he was rushing me out
