Dr Horwitz was very pleasant and informative. He throughly went through my cardiac history and found a current medication error. I am happy to have him as my new cardiologist.

My provider is leaving the practice & I am assigned to another provider. When I was asked to stand on the scale, I wanted to remove my shoes & asked for a tissue to stand on. The MA was reluctant & wanted me to keep my shoes on & said the tissue weighted as much as my shoes. I forgot to ask about my results of EKG & Dr., didn't discuss. I will look at MyChart to see if it is there. My visit was on time & only took a few minutes.

I have always been very happy with doctor Horwitz as a cardiologist and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful I was a little sad by doctor Horwitz is leaving the office to go to another office hoping that the doctor taking his place has the same mannerism that I have come to expect

The office could use taller/higher chairs for older patients who have difficulty getting up from the normal height chairs.

Dr. Horwitz is a gifted physician. Both in his medical training but more importantly, he cares very deeply for his patients. I wish he could train all young physicians to be as dedicated as he is.

The entire experience was great. The only thing seemed like there was some confusion about my primary insurance using the VA authorization code. Other than that, it was a fantastic visit. Thank you.

Dr.Horwitz is an excellent doctor. I'm sorry that he's leaving but he was my doctor for about 15 years. He's an excellent cardiologist. I'm sorry that he's leaving, but everybody always has to move on excellent doctor.

Office appearance was poor; most notably hideous door with many cracks in inside blinds, cracked, rusted, etc. Actually made me question if I should come to this office.cleanliness is imperative at Drs. Office. And this defied it. Also ,very confused to see Christian magazine on end tables, soliciting donations. Totally inappropriate for Dr. office. (Did like Dr. Horowitz very much). Also liked staff, kind and accommodating. (Also want to stress I do not think staff put this religious magazine out; the staff should a few times a day walk through waiting area to make sure there is never religious material out in the public area.( any office would fail inspection w/ above concerns)

It was my first time at a cardiologist. Yes, he was good. I think he needs to know a lot more about my medical history. And yes, I was completely satisfied with him.

Dr. Horwitz was patient, kind and very knowledgeable and put me right at ease from the start. He took time to review my medical chart. He was very respectful and took the time to really made sure I understood. We made our medical decisions together and have a good plan in process. There was no white coat disease seeing this physician. I highly recommend.

Dr. Michael Horwitz has always been very professional in his interactions with me. Sometimes I'm surprised by how aware he is of visits I've had with other specialists. He goes over recent and past reports from tests and/or hospital stays. When I leave his office, I feel completely at ease.
