I thought all of the staff and especially Dr. Driscoll was, I mean, just amazing. I just felt very lifted, hopeful. I left the office, like, feeling like, okay, there's light at the end of the tunnel. I had been sent to the wrong campus through the MyChart app and it was just no problem. The staff was so kind about it. They didn't, you couldn't tell if they were like annoyed with me. They were like, oh, let's see if we can get you in the same day. You know, does 10:30 work for you? I said, absolutely. And just totally made my day because I've been dying to see the doctor. So he is, he dresses really well. He doesn't appear to be like burnt out like some of these other doctors. He seems to care and he's very knowledgeable for sure.

Steps forward were not executed properly. In 2024 I had a sleep study performed in office and Dr was supposed to to get the records from my PCP, but called to do this. He then ordered an in home sleep study which ins did not cover. Now the dr says that wasn't the proper test and requesting another in office study which is getting denied. I'm not happy with the Dr's evaluation and steps forward.

My appointment was at 10:00 for a test and 11:00 to see the Dr. I didn't leave until after 12:00 that was a long time too long I think!

This was the best office visit. The hearing test was explained to me with each step. Dr Driscoll was fantastic and very thorough. The staff was pleasant. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Last of all my appointment was right on time.

Knowledge and friendly! Quick availability for appointments. Did not make me feel insecure about situation or weight. Was very positive and hopeful he could find a solution for my sleep apnea. A bit of a drive for me, but was accomdating with virtual future appointments.

A day prior to appointment I update all my medications on the MyChart application. On the day of my appointment the medications I entered were not in my profile.

Michael Driscoll is an excellent provider. I have asthma, which every now and then gives me trouble in the winter during the change of seasons. He's always very open to listen to what I have to tell him about my experience and what I'm going through, like in the mornings and like what difficulties I have. He doesn't try to push any additional medications on me. He suggests medications that may make things easier. He's really willing to listen to my feedback and my experience. And I really feel good with him because he doesn't try to force me to take any medications or any treatments or any tests that are over the top. I am very lucky to have found him as a provider.

Dr. Driscoll has been treating my sleep apnea for about 2 years, and I am doing much better thanks to him. I always look forward to my appointments with him and the chats we have. The staff is excellent.
