Your email communication process needs to improve. When you send the emails to confirm the appointment, the location of the appointment is in small font and lost in the bureaucracy language of your email. I suggest you put the appointment location in BOLD CAPITALIZED type to improve customer awareness. I went to the regular Renown Mill Street location and was told that my appointment was at the Renown in South Meadows. Receptionist at the Cardiology desk was less than friendly / welcoming. She should learn to smile and have a positive approach to patient interaction.

I would like to acknowledge the check-in receptionist at Cardiology, third floor, South Meadows location. I wish I could remember her name. She is always cordial, kind and professional with us (we both see Dr. Bloch) there. Always a smile. Treats everyone so nice. Helpful when registering and always thanks us for using pre-check in thru MyChart.

Dr. Bloch is extremely qualified and he has a relaxed manner and a sense of connecting with me as a patient that makes me feel safe and secure. And he also has very good follow-through on recommendations and various tests and the things I need to be confident that my health is being taken care of in a way that is very, very workable and leaves me feeling not worried but knowing that I am in very good hands. Thank you. I can't remember if I'm just supposed to hang up now or what.

The entire experience of seeing Dr. Bloch is exceptionally good. Particularly, Dr. Block is very knowledgeable, very attentive, good listener, and gets to the point very clearly and succinctly and plainly for a layman to understand. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
