I felt like I was being heard in all levels

I wouldn't change anything. They listen to me. They speak, too me. If, there is anything I don't understand, it is my responsibility to ask questions.

Um, Dr. Hood is definitely a very caring, uh, I guess I would call him a physician. I don't know if he's a physician, but very caring. He listens and, um, he may be a little bit limited in some of the things that he can do, but he definitely, um, is very helpful, um, and listens to my issues. And, um, I like talking to him because of that, because he listens. And I like him a lot. He's the one that I have been seeing. Um, so, yeah. Very good, um, provider. When I was in the hospital, I saw him also, and he was very helpful.
