The Doctor is always booked ahead over a year to schedule my annual physical.

My Dr. of choice is Dr. Lackey. Could not get an appointment until June. I took 1st available with anyoneand that wound up being Dr. Hackett! So very glad to have seen him. Wonderful disposition, ability to explain in laymen terms, not rushed and suggestion to see Dr. Nickodem in Orthopaedics. 10/10 rating for Hackett.

I have always had positive experiences in *Dr. Hackett's office at the Willoughby Hills Family Medical Center.

Dr. Hackett takes the time to explain test results and listens to concerns about medication side effects. He never rushes you and allows time to discuss concerns.

My visits are always a great experience. (considering this is a doctor appt.). Dr. Hackett and Amanda make a great medical team! Dr. Hackett has been my primary care physician for over 28 yrs.

I am thrilled to have Dr. Michael Hackett as my primary care physician. I am amazed at how caring he is & the time he takes with me - I never feel rushed in or out. THat's probably why appointments are made a year in advance.
