Hello, this is Gloria Bennett. I'd like to say that Dr. Farber is the greatest doctor that I have been to in years and I like him very much. He's very kind and caring and the secretaries were very, very helpful and very nice and I really appreciate my experience with them and would highly recommend anyone to them. Very bad with knowing why I was there. The Dr was the one who figured it out , as well they need to talk in terms of someone who is not a nurse or Dr that we can understand On my phone call to make the appt and my intake with the nurse they were talking in terms most people outside the field will never understand

My appointment with Dr. Farber went well. I was able to make an appointment in one day. The office was very clean and had professional staff. Dr. Farber was thorough in his exam and testing. I'm looking forward to the results.

Very nice doctor. We discussed my concerns and he listened. Problem is that my former doctor never sent my records. Dr Farber didn't have any history. I will contact them again. I have a follow up in a couple of weeks of weeks

This was my first visit. Dr Farber was very engaged, validated everything in My Chart, asked plenty of questions, asked if I had any questions... so far my experience has been very good.

I felt comfortable with the doctor. He listened to me as I described my symptoms and came up with a plan to find out what is wrong.

I have had my share of gastro doctors in the past seven years and by far, Virtua has been good for me. I've actually been getting answers to questions that I've had about my health. Complete care, don't know what they're talking about. They don't have compassion, knowledge. In Spirit, I go to because they're local, but Virtua, I never knew their service was so good.

I got my appointment right away. I needed to talk to a doctor before I had any kind of procedure. I did that I trusted the doctor. It's just what I expected from virtua!

Front desk check in staff advised when they texted the previous day the appt was canceled. However the number they text to was not any of our phone numbers! After a 29 minute wait they did get my husband back on the schedule.

Yeah, this is [REDACTED]. Not only am I a patient of Dr. Farber, a year now, because my other doctor retired, Dr. Farber explains everything and goes over everything with you. And I also, my family, my son already went to Dr. Farber and seen his associate. So, He's great. The system is great. Everything's working great. And the nurses and everybody are great. I found a little confusing about where to go to the appointment.For example more precise to the floor location that should be addressed when going to your appointment.Maybe the email/text to give me that exact floor.

I felt good about my visit. I have issues yet I didn't feel judged at all. It was acknowledged (as it should) but I didn't feel any less of a person. All in all I feel comfortable going forward with my treatment here.

While the provider did administer basic care, he was not very communicative and did not have an amicable demeanor. I felt like the provider was cared for me because he had to, not because he wanted to.

I wish that my care was more taken care of. I still haven't found a resolution for the problem that I have. And I still suffer from this issue from my health. I would like to get feedback on improving on having much more better communication with your patients.

Dr Farber is one of a kind! Actively listens, offers suggestions and recommendations! I'm a parent to a specially abled son and he asked me How I was doing! That's how caring Dr Farber is! 10

Everything went well. Would be nice if procedure dates good be sooner. Of course 3 days after exam had a fairly severe episode. Everything was good the day of.
