The staff and physician were sympathetic and caring and planed a care based on my personal needs. They also were on time which I appreciated.

Dr. Farber seems like an excellent doctor. He order test to find out my info about my health. Did the best he could for the health problem.

I am sure he is a great G.I. doctor., However, was using he was using the computer and speaking into it. More than to me the patient. He also asked me when my last colonoscopy was . The first visit with him we explained my husband, and i I explained that I went for a colonoscopy at a surgical center and my colon was cut. I had to go by ambulance to Kennedy Hospital and a surgeon had to repair my colon. I was then in the hospital for a month and then went to rehab because I was so Deconditioned. He apparently forgot about that when he asked me when my last colonoscopy was so obviously he was using the computer and not looking at my history.. I did not appreciate it. Thank you.

I was seen in a timely manner and things moved along njcely. The medical staff was knowledgeable and professional and I enjoyed my experience.

Dr. Farber was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my health care in a manner that I understood. He was very thorough in going over my test results. He took his time and did not rush. Personally I think Dr. Farber is definitely a credit to the health care facility he represents. They are lucky to have such a professional in their ranks.

The nurse that brought into the room was not nice. She never smiled or showed any interest in her patient. She acted she did not want to be there. She had a non-caring attitude. Everybody else, including the doctor, was great.

I like Virtua because it's easy to get too, has friendly staff, doctors and nurses. The facility is clean. Wait times are reasonable.

The medical doctor was caring, knowledgeable, pleasant, and seemed interested in discussing the needs, facts related to illness , etc, wellbeing of patient, . He was honest in his medical evaluation of care and further treatment, eg. colonoscopy. Advised however should problem arise, that patient contact the gastroenterology office for appointment and treatment. Advised to continue diet,medications etc. The doctor did a good job, nursing as well, thanks for their services.

I just want to say Dr. Farber is excellent. He did look into my background. He didn't know everything. I had to give him some information, but that's normal. As a new pt I would have liked a greeting when he came in. Not just "what brings you here?" Then he was professional concerning my medical concerns.

Very bad with knowing why I was there. The Dr was the one who figured it out , as well they need to talk in terms of someone who is not a nurse or Dr that we can understand On my phone call to make the appt and my intake with the nurse they were talking in terms most people outside the field will never understand
