Yes, I'm a retired registered nurse. I was very impressed with the staff. Dr. Conway was on time. I didn't have to wait long to see him. Extremely knowledgeable, personable. I would highly recommend him and if I need surgery in the future, I will certainly contact him again. Very great experience. Thank you very much. Bye.

This was my first visit to the VSG, through a referral from my family Doctor. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Each of the office staff was attentive and helpful. Dr. Conway was very attentive and listen to all the information I gave him. He was very thorough in his examination. He was easy to talk to and explained his diagnoses in great detail. Scheduling my surgery was quick and easy. Thanks for all the help from the staff.

Dr. Conway was fantastic. Surgery was great. Scarring was minimal. I had a good experience on the day and at all appointments. It was difficult to get appointments sometimes or get people to call me back leading up to the surgery. And sometimes the scheduling was a little bit difficult to do. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had a ventral wall hernia repair by Dr. Michael Conway. I was extremely happy with both the surgeon and the anesthesiologist who talked me through just every process and I am so happy that I found him and I can only say good things and I would definitely recommend him as a general surgeon to anyone else in my world that needs one. I was do scared, but, Dr. CONWAY, was like talking with an old friend. Im still frightened about upcoming surgery, but, to know I have a kind gentle giant as a doctor surely helps.

I just want to say Dr. Conway was wonderful. We had a good conversation with him and I felt very comfortable with him and I look forward to my next appointment. Dr. Conway was amazing. He explained everything really well. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and was up on all the new things. And he also took time to listen to my concerns and questions and my husband's as well. And we just couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dr Conway did an excellent job of describing the function and location of the gallbladder to increase my understanding of why my gallbladder was being removed. I wish all doctors were that thorough.

Dr. Conway is an excellent doctor. He treated my daughter and husband in the past. If/when I need surgery, Dr. Conway will be the surgeon to perform my surgery, and oversee my care. He takes the time to listen, not making me feel rushed, he has such a pleasant demeanor. He has all the qualities one would wish for and expect in their doctor! During my visit, the staff, including the doctor, treated me with the utmost kindness! Everyone was so pleasant, making me feel very comfortable being there. I cannot thank Dr. Conway and his staff enough! Thank you so very much!

I've had the opportunity to have Dr. Conway as my doctor for many years and he's always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even helped me in my greatest moment of need when I needed surgery and was willing to meet me at the hospital. And for that, he, I'm not a doctor, but it seemed like he saved my life. And I greatly appreciate him, his office, all of his staff who have always been supportive to me. Thank you.

Dr Conway was excellent in that he took the time to explain the procedure, what I would experience after the surgery, the follow-up needed and showed me the actual woven polypropylene weave that would be implanted.

I think that the staff listen and are Friendly and a pleasure to deal with because they have a positive attitude. Dr. Conway has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to and explains medical jargon so that you can understand easily.
