The care I've been given has been exceptional and very thorough and I think they are really in tune with us patients need to have as care, especially with something that we could be very concerned about and anxious about. I felt in good hands and I continue to feel that way. Thank you. Bye.

My visit to see Michael Conway was absolutely awesome. Really good doctor, really good bedside manners. Made me feel comfortable. Can't wait to get the surgery done. Nothing bad to say about him whatsoever.

After surgery, the nurse kept trying to wake me up rather than let me sleep. I felt like she wanted to go to lunch or something.

Yes, I was very happy with the group. They treated me very well and they made me feel comfortable and reassured me that all would be well. So that was a wonderful, wonderful feeling and I truly appreciate all their help in making these health care decisions. Yes, I really, really liked the group.

I had a great experience at Dr. Conway's office. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Conway himself was very knowledgeable about my condition and the steps that we'd be taking to make it better and made sure I understood everything. I did notice on the patient report there was some inaccurate information that we had discussed, but it looks like he had written it down incorrectly or it was miscommunicated to the staff that had filled up my paperwork. So if anything, just a bit more communication or writing things down to help so that it doesn't cause further confusion in my medical file or other people's medical files would be great. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience there.

Dr. Conway is very impressive. He is clearly an expert and he explains things well. He listens carefully and is a nice, friendly person. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk person to the medical assistant to Dr. Conway's surgical scheduler, treated me very well.

This was my first time at this office and the staff was very kind as well as professional and helpful. Dr. Conway was so kind and put me at ease. He answered all my questions, explained everything about the situation and the surgery and put me at ease. I am very confident in him to perform my surgery and resolve the problem.

Yes, I'm a retired registered nurse. I was very impressed with the staff. Dr. Conway was on time. I didn't have to wait long to see him. Extremely knowledgeable, personable. This was my first visit to the VSG, through a referral from my family Doctor. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Each of the office staff was attentive and helpful. Dr. Conway was very attentive and listen to all the information I gave him. He was very thorough in his examination. He was easy to talk to and explained his diagnoses in great detail. Scheduling my surgery was quick and easy. Thanks for all the help from the staff.
