So many doctors these days make you feel like you’re on an assembly line and rush through the visit. Dr. Degen has never made me feel that way. I actually drive over an hour to see him and even with the crazy gas prices it’s worth the drive!

Dr Degen is a perfect physician. He treats his patients with respect and kindness. He explains any upcoming medical procedures in a very non threatening way. He has a great bedside manner. There is no need to fear “white coat syndrome “ when it involves Dr. Degen!

I did that as my first answer, however I would also like to acknowledge the NA that initially came to welcome us & take my husbands vital signs. She told us her name & now I can't recall it, however I do remember she was from Haiti.She had a special way about her to make us feel comfortable & cared for. She definetly needs to be commened & I hope you do that for her.

Dr. Degen is a very concerned physician and he does speak to me about preventative maintenance, so to speak, and how to take care of myself because of my age. And I do appreciate it. I know it comes from his concern. And that's unusual these days where a lot of doctors don't have much time for you. But he doesn't show that kind of behavior. He goes out of his way to really make sure you understand what you need to do to be staying healthy. And I great appreciate that.

The surgical coordinator for Dr. Michael Deegan, she is horrible. She never returns phone calls. She never, I'm not sure how she communicates with other patients who are older, but it is impossible to communicate with her through phone. The only way I was able to communicate with her was by email. Other than that, the doctor was amazing.

It turns out I'm trying to schedule a medical appointment for a procedure, and honestly, I've been waiting and waiting, and they're not answering. That's the only problem: when you call, they don't connect you to the right person to make the separation. The doctor told me I have to call to get the appointment because he already sent the information to the hospital so they could call me, but I see the hospital isn't calling me. I had to call them myself; they told me they'd call me back later, and still nothing. That's what I'm waiting for; that's the only issue. Thank you.

The staff for Dr. Degen was vey helpful. Dr. Degen spent a fair amount of time discussing my condition and gave me a pamphlet explaining what I needed to take to help prevent kidney stones forming in the future.

The office staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Degen is thoughtful, kind, understanding of my issues, and gave me a plan. He addressed all my concerns. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you.

Dr Degen is a very carrying and understanding to your health needs. Has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable and confident in his course of action when dealing with your health care. I feel very comfortable and enjoy interacting with him. Dr Degen takes a genuine interest in his patients and allows himself to engage in conversations with you which makes your visit more relaxing. He has a great personality and I'm glad that I chose Dr Degen to be my health care provider.

I would like my visits with this faculty to remain virtual as long as there are no procedures to be performed. I find it a waste of time to drive there, fight the parking, get lost in the building, and wait. A virtual visit is appropriate and the best for me.
