Great practice with polite and professional employees and an absolutely excellent doctor. Dr. Alterman explained my problem to me so I could fully understand what was happening with my eyes. I will be using this practice for all my eye care.

I went to see Dr. Alterman for a cataract surgery consultation. I was treated royally from the first telephone call making the appoiontment with Shannon. My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I arrived 25 minutes early and was taken almost immediately thereafter. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional and explained what they were doing in the process. Dr. Alterman was a rock star. His examination was very thorough; he explained what he saw and how he proposed to treat my condition. He further explained all of the options available and answered every one of my questions without hesitation and complete confidence. I will look no further and have scheduled the surgery to be done by Dr. Alterman in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dr. Alterman and his staff for any ophthalmological procedure one would require.

Dr. Alterman answered all my questions, and was cordial and willing to spend as much time as I needed.

I knew the minute Dr. Alterman walked into the room that I was going to like him. He greeted me with a smile and asked me what was going on. After checking my vision he explained things to me in a caring, easy to understand manner. I feel confident going forward under his care.

The young lady who prepped me was wonderful was wonderful I wish I could remember her name.she was very kind and everything she did was with a smile never met her before. Dr. Alterman gives you his time , never in a rush , explains everything so that I completely understand. Always welcomes me with a BIG HELLO and a nice strong handshake and smile. Wish all Drs would greet people like him. Not just looking at paper.work and saying “”So let’s see what’s going on”” Thank you Dr. Alterman for being a kind , caring Dr.
