Michael Adashev was unable to call me on the day following my surgery. Therefore, a female from Dr. Strickland's office called me - I don't remember her name. I asked her to please send my PT prescription to my PT provider and gave her their name and phone number. She said that she would and never did. I know this because I called the PT office the next day to set up my evaluation appointment and they didn't have my prescription. I don't know what happened between my December 3rd knee replacement and this knee replacement, but HSS has really let me down this time.

Michael has been a Godsend for us and for my daughter’s injury. Michael has send messages and made calls to us and even answer messages that were sent regarding what my daughter was experiencing. He is a great person and really cares.

This has been one of the most best surgical experiences I have had. All staff were very respectful, responsive, and attentive. They provided a great timeline and carried it through. I went home knowing what to expect and that if I needed additional assistance I could always refer back to them.
