Everyone. Dr. Patterson has been my doctor for 25+ years. He is the best doctor I could ever ask for. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He's more than a doctor. He's a friend. This office is the greatest!

AMAZING STAFF who is lucky beyond words to Work with Dr. Mike Patterson who is the greatest Dr.DO and a friend to every patient this world will ever have! He and his staff are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable respectful and friendly. Thank you for allowing me to share this.

By far the best and most professional team I've ever been a part of. They make you feel like family and their concerns with you are taken very seriously. They care about every aspect of you life and well being. Very happy I have Dr. Patterson as my Dr. I know I can tell him anything to and I won't be judged or thought less of. I've never had any doubt he can fix anything I see him for.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing I would like is to have later than 3:30 well appointments available like he had before coming to BJC. At least have 4:00 appointments available. I have to take time off at work to make a 3:30 appointment.

Dr. Patterson is an excellent and thorough doctor. He always explains everything, never missing details. He is genuinely concerned about each patient. I'm thankful to have him as my doctor.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. My wait time was a mere few minutes. My visit with the doctor was thorough, and they were ready with my flu shot. All good!

Dr Patterson has been my doctor for 20 years he is an excellent doctor in every way possible best I have ever had in my 70 years he is also a kind person who takes the time to listen to me and I always feel better after my visit.

Michael Patterson and his staff are always very professional, courteous, prompt and informative. I highly recommend him hands-down. The best doctor experience I've ever had in my life.!!!

I can't think of anything to improve his situation as far as doctor the patient or staff to patient. Dr Patterson is always been the best GP I've dealt with currently in life for me and my wife both!!

The doctor. It’s very difficult to find a primary care physician that listens and doesn’t send you to a specialist for every ailment. Time is money.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I really have no complaints. If I could change anything it would be wait time. I probably waited 15-20 minutes in the waiting room, which is acceptable, but I’d rather not wait at all. I understand that is not a reasonable request.

I’m so pleased with how our virtual visit went. Dr Michael Patterson really took time to address the multiple issues I’ve been going through. He encouraged me to relax and take time since I’m dealing with the loss of my husband, breast and Covid and many mishaps and falls I’ve been having. He is an excellent doctor

I’m so pleased of the about of time Dr Michael Patterson to address all my problems and issues since I lost my husband. There is a lot on my plate and he was very compassionate. I would definitely recommend Dr Michael Patterson to everyone.

Dr Patterson and his nurse were not amazing. Great listening skills, both took their time with me. Went over my recent hospital studies to injury. I appreciate their knowledge and healing abilities AMAZING!

I had no more than set down I was called back to the examination room. The nurse ran all the tests and in a manner of just minutes the doctor come in. Great, courteous, and professional service!!
