Dr. Patterson was very attentive to my needs, answered questions, was responsive, was very kind, and I would recommend him highly. He is an amazing doctor and his staff is one of the best staff I've ever known.

All the office staff is excellent! I've been seeing Dr Patterson for years. The staff is always kind and compassionate. Dr Patterson is the absolutely best doctor I have ever been to. Thank you for all the consistent and wonderful care.

Michael Patterson goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of and they we understand everything. I love his office staff also. Dr. Patterson treated my daughter 23 years ago with brain stem stroke. He listened to her not once did he act like she was just a body lying there. He was the only one that took time to listen to her. Laying there in a body that couldn’t move from chin down but still knowing everything in that head.
He took the time and didn’t talk over her.
He is #1 in my book.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
So very glad that I switched primary docs to Dr Patterson. He is patient in listening to my ailments and then as a team we try to come up with a solution that I am ok with. The entire staff is GREAT!!

Everyone. Dr. Patterson has been my doctor for 25+ years. He is the best doctor I could ever ask for. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He's more than a doctor. He's a friend. This office is the greatest!

By far the best and most professional team I've ever been a part of. They make you feel like family and their concerns with you are taken very seriously. They care about every aspect of you life and well being. Very happy I have Dr. Patterson as my Dr. I know I can tell him anything to and I won't be judged or thought less of. I've never had any doubt he can fix anything I see him for.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing I would like is to have later than 3:30 well appointments available like he had before coming to BJC. At least have 4:00 appointments available. I have to take time off at work to make a 3:30 appointment.

Dr. Patterson is an excellent and thorough doctor. He always explains everything, never missing details. He is genuinely concerned about each patient. I'm thankful to have him as my doctor.

Nothing. My wait time was a mere few minutes. My visit with the doctor was thorough, and they were ready with my flu shot. All good!

Dr Patterson has been my doctor for 20 years he is an excellent doctor in every way possible best I have ever had in my 70 years he is also a kind person who takes the time to listen to me and I always feel better after my visit.

Michael Patterson and his staff are always very professional, courteous, prompt and informative. I highly recommend him hands-down. The best doctor experience I've ever had in my life.!!!

I can't think of anything to improve his situation as far as doctor the patient or staff to patient. Dr Patterson is always been the best GP I've dealt with currently in life for me and my wife both!!
