The first gentleman there at check-in was exceptional. Huge personality and very caring about each person. He was phenomenal. The lady I dealt with about insurance, was not like the gentleman. Very abrupt. All the nurses and care team prior surgery and in recovery were also exceptional and caring. Dr. Callahan was wonderful also. Very good team with the exception of the insurance lady.
