The staff I dealt from the time I arrived in preop to the I went to my car and we left. Words to express my feelings of complete satisfaction I don't know how to describe. I am so content and have expressed this to all of my family and friends. They are so happy for me. For all those who were with Dr. Callahan, you made this patient unafraid, your kindness, concern. Made this patient's memories good and able to one endure future health issues.

Took 5 hours. Saw several doctors with varying expertise and experience, several of whom made incorrect diagnoses. The senior physician, who I finally saw after numerous long waits, seemed highly competent, made the correct diagnosis (not very serious) and sent me on my way. It was almost certainly a good learning experience for the residents, but was a git grueling for me.

I really enjoyed the my first time visit from the signing in through out the whole process. Staff was courteous , polite, respectful and helpful. They explained what they were doing and answered questions that I asked. I even told Ms. [last name] about how pleased I was with the whole process. If was asked about the the Callahan Clinic I would definitely recommend it.

I have been seeing Dr, Callahan for 21 years. He and his staff are caring and compassionate. I have never had a problem there. Thank you for always being there for me. You all are the best!!!

My experience could have been better if the doctor was able to see my er scans on my first visit. I returned several times and the office did not have my records. He ended up ordering his own scan. This doctor really wanted to help me. But it was prolonged for months. Ultimately he received the info he needed to give me and we were both relieved. Great, concerned and caring is Dr. Michael Callahan. A+ to the staff.

I had to reschedule my original appointment and was given this appointment. After driving over an hour and sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour I was informed that I had been rescheduled with the wrong provider and my appointment was then rescheduled again for October. I asked how this happened and was simply told that she didn't know without much of an apology. UAB dropped the ball on this one.

There was very little wait time and the entire appointment went smoothly. Dr. Callahan was his usual delightful self. I would recommend him to anyone needing a first class eye doctor.

I drove in from Huntsville and parking in the correct parking garage was not clear to me. I needed guidance finding the office but an employee guided me there. I was pleasantly surprised to see a phone charger dock in the waiting room. Raven was pleasant and helpful. Hannah was sweet and listened to my concerns. Sonja did the eye tests and Heather was training her, I think. The tests were a little difficult for me because it was hard to keep my eyes open for that long. Dr Callahan was friendly and assured me that he could manage my Thyroid Eye Disease, dry eye and Ocular Rosacea. I was so relieved. It’s been such a long, hard journey. Asia, the assistant helped me, too.
