Dr Callahan and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable and at ease from the time I walked up to the counter until I made my appointments for surgery at the end of my visit.
I got a very thorough exam and Dr Callahan explained what I should expect and assured me I would not feel anything.

I had a 130 pm appointment,I arrived at 1 pm.I waited almost 2 hours.I never got to see the doctor.I was not called back to see the doctor.I inquired at the desk about the long wait.After almost 2 hours I was forced to reschedule,I scheduled a Uber to pick me up at 330:I figured I would be finished in 2 hours ,not waiting 3 hours.I didn’t have anyone to accompany me& that was my only way home. I am very disappointed, I have been a patient for over 30 years,this is my first complaint.It’s being treated like I saw the doctor, I didn’t.

I was very please with my visit. The reception was polite, nurses was very helpful and the doctor I just can’t say enough about him. He really knows how to make a patient feel special and relax especially working on your eyes.
