The office visit was great no problems no waiting everybody was was very nice. I really appreciate it the message that you sent give us directions to to follow with voice activated messages that was very helpful.

I preregistered thought my appt was 3:45. I was 18 min late. intended to be 30 min early. 40 mile round trip. traffic jam. had to circle all way to top deck to park. last time I came I sat in waiting room 40 minutes before seeing dr. while registering on computer I was told I could not see dr. had to make new appt for September. lost 2 hours work to come.

Dr. Callahan was very personable and kind, the office staff I dealt with before seeing the doctor were welcoming and attentive. Also on my surgery date, I was so nervous I couldn't get comfortable. The staff there made my fears disappear with words of reassurance and my fears disappeared.

Scheduling was very easy. The time itself to see Dr. Callahan was excellent. Everything was done professionally. I did not have to wait to see Dr. Callahan. My tests were done quickly. I saw Dr. Callahan he gave me ample time to talk to him. Then he said come back in a year they rescheduled, and I was out of there in less than an hour.

I would have appreciated the information about post surgery care and info on the medication to have been given to me prior to the surgery so I could have read it. Post surgery I was not able to read it and one of the meds didn't make sense. I was over medicated with the tramadol.

The staff I dealt from the time I arrived in preop to the I went to my car and we left. Words to express my feelings of complete satisfaction I don't know how to describe. I am so content and have expressed this to all of my family and friends. They are so happy for me. For all those who were with Dr. Callahan, you made this patient unafraid, your kindness, concern. Made this patient's memories good and able to one endure future health issues.

Took 5 hours. Saw several doctors with varying expertise and experience, several of whom made incorrect diagnoses. The senior physician, who I finally saw after numerous long waits, seemed highly competent, made the correct diagnosis (not very serious) and sent me on my way. It was almost certainly a good learning experience for the residents, but was a git grueling for me.

I really enjoyed the my first time visit from the signing in through out the whole process. Staff was courteous , polite, respectful and helpful. They explained what they were doing and answered questions that I asked. I even told Ms. [last name] about how pleased I was with the whole process. If was asked about the the Callahan Clinic I would definitely recommend it.

My experience could have been better if the doctor was able to see my er scans on my first visit. I returned several times and the office did not have my records. He ended up ordering his own scan. This doctor really wanted to help me. But it was prolonged for months. Ultimately he received the info he needed to give me and we were both relieved. Great, concerned and caring is Dr. Michael Callahan. A+ to the staff.
