I think the overall experience was good. I didn't have to wait long. My provider was pretty much knowledgeable. She understood my situation and she definitely made recommendation. The staff up front was pretty good. They helped me a lot and I was really pleased with the overall experience. Thanks.

The provider did a lot of teaching about diet and exercise and stages of fatty liver disease. She listened and explained answers. She warm and factual. She helped us feel we were setting out on the right path for assessing my liver health. Thank you very!

Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, kind, courteous and helped us in a timely manner. The doctor was very informative and ordered tests that picked up on other health concerns. She was very thorough and I definitely will recommend this practice and the doctor to anyone that asks me about the experience.

I appreciated the time that Micaela spent with me. She actually made me feel that she cared about me as a person. She was very informative and wasn't dismissive in any way. She addressed all the concerns I had, and I would highly recommend her.

Micaela is not just a professional in appearance but just more is CARING for my every question that may be in thought for me an unhealthy concern BUT Assures me not to worry though appreciates my sharing when not unrelated to my liver health PLUS gave me a Good Bill of Liver Health that's WONDERFUL NEWS, thanks Micaela

This was my first encounter with the doctor and she was very knowledgeable about my situation and very knowledgeable about liver disease. I am very comfortable with her and I was very excited that I'm able to get a different and new perspective and I would recommend her. Receptionist was very professional and friendly There was storm alert and when rain stopped she got her umbrella and walked me to my car. I really like Dr Gernhardt she too was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took time to explain and outlined my medical plans.
