I would like my referrals to be within my city. Today they gave me an appointment for physical therapy in the city of North Miami. First, it was very far from my home. Second, it was a filthy, dirty, smelly place. I was late. I arrived before my appointment, which was at 11:00 and it was 1:30 PM. I was not seen. I came without attention. No one helped me, no one speaks my language. Very poor attention. However, I think that CHEN is the one who should have directed me to a better place.

Specialists need Spanish speaking workers because they are good as doctors but they need people to know what problem they have when they talk to them about the problem they have.
