She understood the intensity of the condition, was truly concerned for my well-being, and was able to take immediate action to get the proper testing done in prep for the next step. She was proactive in planning for those next steps in her efforts to decrease the expected wait time, takin into consideration how the insurance process affects the timeliness of future treatments and tests, She and other staff acted in a manner that did reduce the wait time for next step in testing and referrals, thereby decreasing the eta of each step in the treatment process.

Sarah and her staff were excellent at conducting themselves in a professional manner throughout my visit. Dealing with changing physicians can be very difficult, however, they were rock stars. They made sure that they understood my pharmaceutical needs and contacted other physicians for specific referrals. They were kind, careful to listen and made me feel at home. To conclude, I wish to thank them and maternity organization for all of their help. If I may, I would like to say thank you again to Tracy who I spoke with in setting up the initial appointment
