Dr. B was able to diagnose my issue and offer a good treatment solution. Everyone in the office have always been friendly and helpful every time I have had an appointment.

Hi, I would just like to say I got in on the first day that I needed help and they were very prompt on putting me with a provider. I've never been with that provider before, but everything was wonderful and they took care of all my problems.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Broussard always makes great use of our limited time. I always feel heard and never rushed. I can trust her to offer me sound medical advice. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is always running like a well oiled machine. I never find myself waiting more than a few minutes in the waiting room or for the Dr to make it to the exam room.

Nothing. I am very satisfied with the entire office.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
First time visit (New primary) for annual physical or wellness check. I had preconceived idea of what that might be from previous primary. Any questions I had she suggested I consult with heart dr... so lack of communication maybe. But not impressed or wanting to go back.
