If the provider started it 8:00 a.m. . And is scheduled every 10 minutes to see a patient. My appointment was at 9:15. How can she be an hour late. Understanding that other patients take longer but then they shouldn't be scheduled every 10 minutes. Or have someone come in and say hey she's running a bit late are you still wanting to wait. I get paid by the hour. So every hour that I miss of work in order to stay at a doctor's office I'm losing money as well. Not just you and your office.

Ashley listens, explains things, and does not seem to rush through the appointment and i appreciate that. However, i do not appreciate her arriving to work after my scheduled appointment time, and then me needing to wait an additional 54 minutes before she sees me. If this were the first time this happened i could understand. Tris is not. It has happened on four other occasions. Timeliness was not an issue last year when i saw another provider when Ashley was nit available. I like Ashley, but i find it discourteous and disrespectful to be kept waiting for so long, especially when it is partly due to not arriving on time, and partly doing other work rather than keeping scheduled appointments.

the provider was very likeable and did spend time with my concerns, I realize they have other patients to see but she did do diligent on what was to be done with my concerns e other patients to deal with and so they cannot spend any overly amount of time with everyone, But at least she acted concerned and acted accordly
