I came in hurting really bad. I could hardly sleep at night when trying to stretch out my leg. I asked to have an MRI, she said NO not bad enough. Well, what do you want? Hobbling in on crutches or a walker before you determine it's serious enough to warrant further evaluation? I mean I walked away with the feeling that you only want to do a replacement and we are gonna wait till the last possible point of no return. You can also see by my chart that I have had vein ablations / vein removal on that leg , so if something else is going on , I need to know about that . So I have gone to another provider and they said 'oh, we can order that for you right away' Really? NOT satisfied with the level of service from supposedly a 'premier' provider In the kansas city area.

I appreciated the courtesy and understanding of all the staff I encountered. I've made another appointment to follow up. Staff professional and very knowledgeable about their specialty.

Since I had broken ribs they should have provided a spirometer to help prevent pneumonia. She didn't ask if I needed something for pain.Broken ribs hurt. She tried to be helpful.

I like the concept of a Walk In clinic because it lessons wait time for patients with a sudden injury that may be treated quickly.
