I sat there listening to him dictate off my results paper into his mic into his computer & then he didn’t go over what report meant to me. He just said everything looks good & asked where I get my supplies at. Then said I’m good & said I’ll see you in a year. I was out of his office probably in less than 5 minutes. I know I could have asked him questions, but he’s the Dr & he should go over those things with a patient.

Dr. Grant Stephen Bernard was excellent. He took the time to walk me through different scenarios and explained my results in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness.

Megan was incredibly kind and at no point during our conversation made me feel uncomfortable or invalidated. I left the appointment feeling like I was taken seriously and treated with respect and compassion. Megan spent a considerable amount of time with me and never stopped me mid-conversation, letting me fully explain my answers, which is not always something I encounter with a provider. I would certainly recommend Megan to any of my loved ones.
