Doctor's p.a. improved - now raises her voice loud enough that I can hear her call into the reception room for the next pt; carries on a conversation and explains enough if I have Q's; shares her story of becoming an LPN. It makes my visit more pleasant even though I don't feel good.

Dr. Mensah-Panford was very patient and didn’t rush through her explanations so I’m very thankful for her. Past experiences with other doctors they were in a hurry to get done with me. Of course there are other people to see and doctors are limited to their time, but be courteous. So thank you Dr. Mensah for being respectful and caring just doing your job.
