I am so glad I went to see Lisa Mengwasser. She is very thorough and took her time getting to know me and my needs. She is very professional and caring. I am looking forward to seeing her again as my new FNP.

Courteous staff, quick and efficient service, nursing staff friendly and knowledgeable, Lisa is always excellent about discussing my health and any concerns I have, I always feel “heard” and not just rushed through the appointment, communication is excellent with the entire team

Top notch! Quality and professional care. I have complete respect and faith in the care Lisa Mengwasser provides. She is consistent and has been a blessing our entire family. We recommend her any chance we get. The entire staff is so sweet and caring. They work great together and are efficient. We don’t dread going to the doctor.

The office visit was very well. Everybody was courtesy and the doctors were very good and everybody got back to us on our questions.

Lisa is a fantastic doctor. She is thorough and listens to her patients. She follows up in a timely manner and makes sure all concerns are addressed. I would recommend her to anyone

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Lisa Mengwasser was overall the most exceptional provider I have ever seen. She listens carefully, provides feedback and seems genuinely concerned about patients health. While I was leaving she knew her patient by name which is above all amazing to me. She was absolutely great.

The only way I can explain…. Lisa is a very caring person, listens to me & acts accordingly. I’ve had some serious problems, but she doesn’t give up on me & I so appreciate her guiding me through this!

There was not just one thing that was great about this visit . Everything was great . From the front desk to medical assistant to Dr Lisa ... I have had a hard time keeping a primary doctor at Medical Arts over the past few years due to them leaving . My wife knew Dr Lisa and she felt she might be a fit for me . After see Dr Lisa I agree with my wife at this point . I can only pray she stays because I am too old and have too many health problems to be switching doctors every year or so .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can't think of anything , my wife and I are very pleased with Dr Lisa . I pray to have a long doctor / patient relationship with her .

Lisa has always taken the time and energy to care for my needs at all times. We are happy to see she is in a place that is less stressful for her, which also is reassuring to us that she had made an awesome move.
