Nurse Barb is the nurse we have dealt with the most. She is amazing. Makes us feel like family. Very competent in how she handles her duties. She is the best. Also Charmaine at the Metro front desk. She always remembers us and is so helpful with everything.

Everyone at the [ ] department were professional and understanding and pleasant to be with. Giving ‘very good’ does not mean anything was wrong. Excellent in my mind means no room for improvement anywhere and I feel the staff there will always find some detail they can improve on.

Actually they were very understanding. I was late due to all the rush hour traffic and my ability to walk. They wanted to schedule me for the following day but understood my complications and worry and they took me in. Alyssa spent plenty of time with me going over things and answering my questions. Even though it became after hours. I was so appreciative of her understanding and willingness to help me. Everyone there was polite and patient. Thank you kindly

I was very satisfied with my appointment with Alysa Memeli. She explained my condition to me, explained my test cultures that were sent out. Alysa took her time with me. I never felt like I was rushed. The staff at Infectious diseases office are very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this group.

The ARPN is a very good listener and was helpful in that she is very patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. The medical assistant was great and explained everything she was doing. All things considered this one of the best office visits I have been involved in.

Alysa APRN from infectious disease office was extremely helpful in coordination of my husbands dialysis and IV antibiotic therapy to be done timely. By reaching out to the two areas and arranging the times for these procedures to be done without incurring conflicts in the time. She gave me lots of listening ear when I explained my issues that were stressing me in the work of being a caregiver to my husbands care. I appreciate her every efforts. Sincerely, [ ]
