What else would you like to say about your experience?
I saw Danielle in my doctors absence since he was on vacation and she gave me better advice the hospital medical team while I was inpatient and informed me of things I should have know prior to discharge. She spent a great deal of time with me and was not in a rush, ask my permission, asked if I agreed with her suggestions and agreed to follow up with me if further intervention is necessary. She was very kind, caring and friendly while also being professional and patient with me. I would happily see her again. I was nervous to se someone new and disappointed it was not my usual doctor but I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen asap and she put me at ease with her approach and wrote down important information for me too. She was top notch and BJC needs more Nurse Practitioners like her. She did an excellent job reviewing my background to treat my current condition. I cannot say enough good things about her!!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I liked the provider who was substituting for my provider who sat on leave. However, I felt like the actual questions that we asked were not really answered, but there was kind of a hedging going on instead. And I feel like if your healthcare provider will not be honest with you about the reasons why they won't give you medication for pain or you know, just lots of different things like that. Then I just really do feel that it's very hard to have a relationship up front.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My doctor, primary care doctor, was very good with me. She listened to me very closely. She was very compassionate. I really liked being a doctor. It was my first time having her, and I'm going to bring my sister to have her as well. She was concerned with everything about me and asked every question that she could possibly ask to make sure that I was out of as much pain as I can be. I would recommend her to anyone. She is amazing, and thank you.

Danielle was exceptional and she listened. She even wheeled me out to the front when she could have left me in the room for an assistant to get me.

You all were very, very professional. All the questions that I thought I wanted to ask, you already asked them for me and answered them. Everything was great. As a matter of fact, it was totally awesome. Thank you.

My provider, Danielle, was very helpful, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to answer each of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and significantly calmer than I did when I first arrived at the office. I truly appreciated the care and patience she showed me.

NP Melnek was fantastic. She showed great concern for my issue and was fantastic trying to find out what needs to be done. I would choose her over my PCP.

Danielle took the time to ask questions & explained results of an X-ray with follow-up lab work, medications & possible procedures. Was very impressed with her positive interaction.

Everyone in the office was amazing. Danielle, NP was so kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. She took so much time talking to my children and made us all at ease. We are happy with everyone at this office and recommend them to all our friends and family.

I was very comfortable with her because she explained in detail things that I was not aware of and had no knowledge of. I left knowing exactly what I needed to do and not do . She didn’t assume I knew medical terminology or what the procedures I am going to have done , was nice to know how and what was going to be done to me.
