The entire office is friendly and puts you at ease! I have not met one person who isn’t smiling! I have never had to wait for my appointment. I barely checked in before I am called to the exam room. They operate like a well oiled machine

Yeah, I was not, I guess, surprised how great the two ladies, the lady that wrapped my leg and then the nurse that, the doctor's assistant, they were just great. Tens all over. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'm looking forward to going. They're a jewel, the whole office staff and the workers that worked on me. So thanks again.

Well, so far I've always been treated right and I think I have made friends with the staff. So I'm basically happy. I don't like the reason I have to go, but I am happy that they're doing it.

The staff is amazing, I barely sit down and they are ready for me. I get peace of mind after seeing them and instructing me how to proceed. They go beyond my expectations. They have me wear their pressure socks to hasten my wound. I thought my wound would be a waste of time but they assured me it is ok to have wounds checked out. Dr Lynn and Grace know my name from former visits.

I was disappointed in the appointment scheduling. Difficult to even find an appointment date and time according to their own scheduling requirements. Once home health was scheduled I was able to obtain a better schedule for wound care treatment.

Outstanding Care from Mellyn Johnson and Her Team I recently visited for a wound treatment and was truly impressed by the excellent care provided by Mellyn Johnson and her team. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The nurse practitioner who initially examined me (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) was exceptionally calm, polite, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and ensured my wound was properly checked and cared for. Mellyn Johnson herself came to see me during the visit. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, with a smile that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my wound history and genuinely listened to both me and my husband. I really appreciated her polite and respectful manner, and how clearly she explained everything. She answered all our questions with patience and clarity. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’m grateful for the high-quality care and compassion shown by Mellyn and her team. They made a stressful situation much more comfortable. Thank you!

The Advanced Wound Care Center delivers very good medical service! Sometimes they are even magical! And, sometimes they are superior to medical doctors when dealing with difficult wounds!! RW

The people running this department have all of my faith and support. Mellyn Johnson is at the top of the list. In fact, I am fortunate to have four excellent APN's now and one more possible APN in the running though I don't know her as well. Lyn Johnson is my go to for wounds and she is backstopped by Dr Derek Freiheit who runs an excellent department within Renown. Every employee in that group deserves acknowledgement from schedulers up through the Dr in charge of the department. I think the world of these people.

I think you guys are doing a super job. Sometimes there is a little bit of confusion about how I'm supposed to bandage my foot up. Just a little bit of mixed messages with the nurses there. Otherwise, the doctor has been wonderful and the nurses treat me very, very well. Thank you.
