Melissa told me that she would see me again in a month, but when I checked out the receptionist didn’t have any information about it. I haven’t received a call, email or text about it either. That was surprising because you’re usually very good about that. Also, I am having some problems with my DBS causing dyskinesia. I sent a message to her in the portal about it, but I’ve yet to receive any response.

Friendly greeting, Used hand sanitation, smiling, answered questions, ask questions, and made sure correct medications, and dosage was available and convenient refills, and checked for stability as I walked.

Angie my nurse was very sweet and helpful. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable about my health problems. She was very nice and was like a friend you could talk to and trust.

NP Melissa Wade is a trusted jewel in our Parkinsons fight. She's genuinely interested, attentive, and dialed in when helping my husband!! This same level of patient care is evident in the room and through the portal. Her level of expertise and delivery is unmatched in our 15+ years of being a patient there. Give her a raise!!!
