Melissa was great! She was patient and very knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manners! I could be very open with her. Not only was I examine but had a counseling session as well. She’s good! Dr. [ ] has an excellent assistant in her absence.

They listen to me and my mother and get all new information from us that has taken place in between visits.

Fastest appointment I've ever had! Got there at 10. Went back for weight, etc, immediately (never even sat down in waiting room). Saw Dr. Almost immediately. I was totally done by 10:25!

At this time I have no reason to give a lower score. Melissa, the nurse practitioner listened with patience and quickly answered any follow-up questions that I gave the medical assistant, Nycole. I was copied in the communication between Nycole and Melissa. Nycole even took the time to call to make sure that I received the message.
