I very much like Dr. Terrill and how she works with me. For whatever reason, she and her tech seemed out of sync that day and made the visit feel jumbled and a little uneasy. This was my first time at her new location, which I really did not like because of the automated check in and lack of human interaction to get into the room. I would give Dr. Terrill the highest rating possible but wish she was in more comfortable and friendly location.

The only negative was that I told the nurse I was diabetic, but she did not update my chart. So, I did mention it to the doctor who then updated my chart.

She is a great doctor but seems like scheduling is booking appts. to close together. I had 2 eye tests and full exam and was there almost 2 hrs. I also had conflict on when I was to be reseen after 2024 appt. One place said one year and kept getting letter to schedule. After calling, one year was the answer and they did schedule me quickly. I already made appt for 2026 so that does not happen again.
