Melissa and her stuff were AMAZING!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I would highly recommend that your company would hire more receptionist to answer incoming calls. It was very frustrating calling in for an appointment and getting transferred several times and waiting on the other end for your turn and then getting disconnected. then having to call back if you would have more receptionist, you won’t have this problem.

Just the personal care and attention. Melissa is a great doctor. She answered all my questions and allowed me to express myself and my concerns. I felt like she really cared for me as a woman not just another person. I felt understood. Consuelo at the front desk was also very professional and kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Ms. Melissa Sprinkle Is one of the doctors that goes beyond the call of duty for her patients if something is wrong with you she will find it out no matter what she has to do for you she is a very excellent doctor we need doctors like her that believe in her patients and in her self

Dr Sprinkle is a caring to her patience and patient understands all what she is saying. She is good about all questions and very understanding about patients problems and gets to the point. Excellent dr.

I was able to get all the answers I needed for my concerns. I felt very relieved after my appointment. So glad that did not have to drive to Lubbock or Amarillo.

The woman that works upfront name, Consuelo Not sure if I spelt it right, but she works with Mallisa. Sprinkle was awesome. Very helpful. Extremely nice. Well done she deserves a raise.!!!

Nothing the staff is prefect and Melissa Sprinkle is and excellent doctor. I think Melissa Sprinkle and her staff should be concerned as the best GYN doctor in Clovis New Mexico since we lost one of the greatest GYN doctor she has been there for a lot of people and we love her dearly

Anytime I have an appointment with Women’s Health, it is easy to schedule and staff are always friendly. Melissa is easy to talk with and she takes the time to listen and find solutions.

I had written my appointment down wrong and arrived two hours late. Melissa agreed to see me anyway and made time for me. That was certainly above and beyond any expectation I had.

Melissa and all the intake nurses were fantastic. They treated me as an individual not just another patient shuffling through the clinic, and they listened when I spoke and answered all my questions. I very much appreciate them

Melissa, was very kind & caring, she answered my questions & concerns also very gentle with my exams. I felt very comfortable visiting with her & was impressed with the way she addressed me as special woman & friend.

Melissa was very tuned in to me and understood the problem of my last provider and the pellet therapy. I was really wanting to see what my levels were at before the pellets and she agreed for me to do that and it did change the dosage I received, so I was grateful she took my concern into account. She was very gentle during my pelvic exam to the point that I hardly felt anything, and that is a first for me. I definitely hope she doesn’t go anywhere, because I like her very much.
