Dr Melissa was excellent. Person that did my vitals was a little snappy like she didn't want to be there. Also, had to wait almost 8 months for an appointment.

Yes, I was taken in right away, promptly for my appointment and Melissa and the nurse that had me, but Melissa was great and thorough and took her time with me and I felt very, very comfortable and I like what she assessed and everything. So I was very happy with her. Thank you.

I travel almost an hour to be seen at this office. The staff are always nice and welcoming and always make me feel like they're listening to me. Melissa Capoferri is wonderful.

Melissa and the staff at this location, they always treat me real good and always take me in. I never have to wait no more than five minutes after my appointment time or anything like that. And they've been real good to me since I've been going there over the years. Definitely appreciate the care.

Melissa is the beat Dr. i have ever had. She knows my entire medical history and we can sit down together and come up with a strategy or a plan when something goes wrong. She answers me on my chart immediately in a timely matter and she genuinely cares about my health. Thank you so much for bringing her to the team. I have recommended her to everybody I know. I love these providers, but I really dislike virtuous system. They're billing people are absolutely inept and horrible and make me cringe about having to go there. But I love my provider and I love all the wonderful people who work in the office.

I have had such a great experience since switching to virtua! I feel heard, I feel comfortable, and I feel that everyone cares about myself and the other patients. I also appreciate that all my medical information is organized and easily accessible to all my doctors.

From the phone call to book an appt and the nice way she helped when I arrived was good. I saw a nurse who listened to me and helped me with no rush at all. I called a few days later and another nurse listened and gave me good advice. The scheduled follow up call today with the 1st nurse that I saw was helpful. She listened to my extra concerns and gave me advice on what else I should do. Every question and more that I brought up were listened to with no rush. Thank you very much.

I was very upset that 10 minutes before my appointment, I received a call from the front desk telling me I either needed to switch my doctor to the one I was seeing immediately or my appointment would be cancelled. While I usually use the Hammonton location, my appointment was in response to an ER visit and a 2 1/2 week long sickness. I was only off of work for 2 days and the only available appointment within my time frame was at the Linwood office. It was not my intention to "doctor hop" but I was in a very tough situation and could not take off anymore work for a doctor's appointment. I felt pigeonholed into changing my primary care provider without even meeting them yet, forced to choose between my medical need and my comfort. The experience severely kicked up my anxiety, made me feel trapped, and when the call did not start until 25 minutes after the scheduled time, I was scared that they were refusing to see me even after conceding to changing my PCP. I understand that the offices operate separately and there are procedures to follow, but the anxiety caused by this scenario was not appreciated.

How about asking the patient how are you? It would take a few minutes to do this. Health is not just about physical matters; it is holistic. I have been an MSW for 40 yrs; a real oversight.

I think that your office, the decorum is lovely. The people are very present. Everything is spotless clean. The doctors pay attention to what you're saying. They treat you like a real person. And I actually feel safe when I'm in that building. Like I feel like everything's gonna be okay. The only thing I can say that maybe you could improve on is having actual people get on the phone more quickly when you call. That's really all I have to say. Melissa Capoferri is wonderful. My questions and concerns are heard and respected. Any issues either monitored or addressed. She's just absolutely a wonderful provider and I have been happily seeing her now for 3 or 4 years. I recommend her all the time when others ask for recommendations

The connection for my camera did not work once the call began even though it tested OK before that. There was also no way to fix our troubleshoot it during the call. The message said the browser did not support video but I don't believe a browser was in use, only the telemed software???
