I was blindsided at the end of my initial visit with virtua. I had researched & hand selected APN Melissa Capoferri as my pcp. I had specifically wanted a female provider. Melissa, was very kind. Very thorough. However, at the end of the visit, I was told virtua was relocating, from Linwood > EHT. And that would be the site of my next appt. With a NEW provider... that I was forced upon. I am a disabled man. I like my appointments close & with professionals i select and/or trust. I don't know.... after glowing referrals/reviews for Virtua... I am shockingly dismayed.

I have had Melissa Capoferri for seven years. She knows my entire medical history and she is extremely intelligent! Not to mention empathetic and sympathetic. I just found out she's going to Hammonton and I'm going with her. I can't imagine starting with a new doctor. She is completely aware of my situation and she is amazing. !!!

Melissa and staff were absolutely tremendous. Every time I go in, they treat me with full respect and they know my medical history. They go over everything with me, go over all my medications with me, and set me up for plans that they think will be the best. I would recommend Melissa Copaperi to anyone and anyone in my family. The overall visit was okay. Number two, there was something that was going on that really does not need attention to. So you're trying to address something that I don't really need to worry about anymore because it has something going on with another company, which is trying to do something to me. So there's no need to be worrying about it. It wasn't listening to me about it. So I don't feel that I need to worry about no sleep better because I don't have sleep better. They was making up something. So that was the only situation, but I'll leave it alone.

Just only one problem is the hanging is the phone call that is too long. So is the waiting for that, for the appointment or any kind of paperwork, any kind of, so that is need to improve. Okay. Thank you.

I only get the one answer a 5 cuz I don't like attention on me it makes me feel like I have to like a force interaction and I hate that the more people I talk to and see the more I regret going out the reason why I trust Melissa so much it's cuz she's the first doctor that's been accurate with everything I've been honest with her about everything and she's the best doctor I've had since my doctor in Pennsylvania who turns his practice into a concierge practice so funny Melissa was serendipitous luck but to answer your question I would recommend her to anybody who needed a doctor I understand her title is not doctor but I'm going to call her doctor anyway

Everyone in the office is kind, courteous respectful. Your operatories are impeccable spotless clean state of the art. Your laboratories/bathroom facilities, spouse clean. My doctor was kind her nurse was gentle and kind. They listen to everything that's going on with you and come up with the best way to deal with it and they make you feel like you're under their wing and it's going to be OK. I will never leave this office.

Melissa is the best doctor I've ever had. She knows everything about me, listens to what I have to say and gives me great feedback. I have recommended her to several people and they have all gone to see her and we're very pleased. She is extremely thorough and professional !! I just wanna thank Virtua for bringing her on their team. I don't know what I would do without her!

I was very happy to be seen promptly probably the fastest service I've had here everyone is very helpful and friendly the only problem I have is a high blood pressure reading sometimes and I know It's because of the beautiful lady checking me sorry
