Short wait after checking in. Vitals taken and questions concerning my illness symptoms were thorough and my responses carefully listened to by each medical person. Whole process took about 20 minutes including diagnosis and recommended persccriptions.

Melissa Naranjo was extremely kind and caring when attending to my wounds. I fell and had a variety of skin tears which required a lot of time and patience in the cleansing and dirt removal process. Melissa was so wonderful …..gently talking to me through the hours long ordeal. Her knowledge, skill, patience, and kindness helped me relax and get through a difficult situation. All was excellent. The call-back feature is especially helpful. Attention on phone and in the office was prompt, efficient, and well-informed. Nurse and doctor had clearly read relevant My Chart records and were well prepared for my visit. Follow-up phone calls were handled in an exemplary manner. Kudos all around.

We were visiting the Naples area on vacation and my son had fevers and was not feeling well at all. We had no idea where to go and found this urgent care after a google search. We were expecting to wait hours for care, but when we arrived they said it would be about an hour as we did not have an appointment. They did everything they could to get my son seen quickly. They kept apologizing for the wait, but honestly it was not even that long compared to what we are used to back home! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We were very pleased with this experience as it is never fun to have a sick kid while on vacation! Thank you again!

We were visiting Naples, from Illinois, for spring break. My son, Eli, smashed his finger in the car door and it was pretty bad. We googled urgent care places to go and NPG Vanderbilt Urgent Care popped up, close by. Upon arrival, we were told there was a 3 hour wait. However, after initial assessment by the receptionist (I didn't catch her name) she said "don't worry, we'll squeeze you in". She was so sweet and accommodating. We didn't even wait 20 minutes. APN Melissa and Nurse Terry were amazing with treatment across the board. So kind, caring and calming to a very traumatized 8 year old boy. Terry sent us with big gloves to ensure his hand doesn't get wet for several days. Melissa made sure we got a copy of his xrays for our medical records back at home. Everyone and everything about our visit was amazing. I can't thank you all enough!

I liked how I could sign up on line and could watch when I should head to the clinic. Everyone at the clinic was great - receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner. Very pleased with my visit.
