A very professional and caring staff. Especially,Mary [ ], Nick and Melissa and Melissa’s assistant. I will be back for my follow up instead of going to HSS in the city. So glad that we found this facility.

I came to HSS in significant discomfort, anxious and fearing the worst. Melissa Jaccom explained my issue in great detail going over my X-rays and explaining what the problem was. She correctly prescribed the right medication along with PT. I start Monday. Ms Jaccom believes the problem should be resolved in about 6 weeks. I am confident this is a correct assessment. Thank you for everything.

Melissa Jaccom and the entire staff were outstanding. From the greeting to my exit, the experience was excellent. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I felt completely comfortable and confident in my diagnosis. Everything was clearly explained and easy for me to understand. Fantastic job!

Security guard was extremely friendly and helpful - my appointment ended just around 5PM and no one was at the desk. He did all he could to find me a person to check out with...I wish I had gotten his name.
