Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I think the entire staff is extraordinary in the way they work together and convey information and messages in order to accomplish the necessary task, not just on occasion, but all the time.

The staff and Dr. Hager were all very friendly, professional, and respectful. This is the kind of care I always receive from Dr. Hager’s office. Thanks to all of the staff there.

Dr. Hager is the epitome of what an excellent doctor is. She is patient, not condescending, and never makes me feel she is rushing. Likewise, her nurse is exceptional. She is disarming, cordial, and thorough.

As always, Dr Hager and her team did a wonderful job. I am a physician and surgeon and have to pay cash to see Dr Hager. I know a good physician when I meet one, and I'm willing to pay out of pocket to receive such fine care.

Dr. Hager and her staff are always topnotch. As a nurse/nurse practitioner myself, I expect quality care and Dr Hager and her staff EXCEED my expectations every single visit and in between visits as well. I recommend Dr to anyone looking for a rheumatologist.

Dr. Hagel is in a league of her own. She listens and provides enough time for questions and conversation. She discusses options in my care. She is so positive she really puts my mind at ease on my appt.

I would drive all the way across the state just to keep Dr Hager as my rheumatologist. She is absolutely fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say about her.

Dr Hager is nothing short of amazing. She comes in and actually listens to me. Not talking at me but with me. She hears my concerns and conditions and creates a game plan for how we will proceed.

Dr Hager is always professional & exhibits excellent bedside manners. She is observant - she noticed my cough and asked how long I had it for. She explained that I should hold off on taking my methotrexate until I was feeling better. I really appreciate her attention to detail.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Dr. Hager. She allowed us a lot of time to communicate our concerns and listened very intently. She is very knowledgeable and I look forward to our next meeting.

Every member of the staff was extraordinary in their kindness and thoughtfulness. I do not think I have ever been in an office that gave such positive and concern for patient focus. Outstanding experience

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I always feel so confident and relaxed when I meet with the rheumatology department. Without a doubt, I have such an amazing team of doctors in my corner.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There is absolutely nothing that you could have done to improve this visit. All of my questions were answered nothing was rushed, and I felt so much better after meeting with Dr. Hager.

Dr. Hager is an excellent physician. I feel that she is on top of the issues related to my illness. I always feel better after speaking with her.

Dr Hager is one of a kind! She’s very efficient, timely, personable, kind, helpful, respectful, collaborative , knowledgeable, cares about the whole picture of health, etc. I’ve followed her and I would follow her wherever she would be. There’s just not enough Drs like her!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was in pain and needed to be seen. Dr. Hager and her nurse worked to get me in the next day and worked around an appointment I had for a procedure at a different location the same day. I’m so grateful!

A nurse that waited on me when they took me to the back they took my vitals and everything she was very professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and I felt comfortable with her.
