This is my regular provider and I've never had any issues before this - she always takes the time to answer my questions and we've had a good rapport in the past. I think she was under a lot of stress to get through patients that day

I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment, and 45 minutes past my requested arrival time, before I saw the doctor. This was frustrating.
