I've been satisfied with this hearing aid model and performance that she selected over 4 years ago. The regular check up appointments have extended the life of this hearing aid, as well as my attention to caring better for them. She's done a fine job of educating me when I had questions, or problems with the functioning.

My experience with Dr. Lowe has been good. She is direct and to the point which is what I like about her. There is no beating around the bush!
