Everyone is kind and helpful. Dr. [ ] has been my PCP for many years. She listens carefully to any issues or concerns. I am going to miss her upon her retirement. CRNP Melissa Cooper is excellent in every way; attentive, concerned, caring, kind, there aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe her. I am confident she saved my life due to her trying to find out the cause of a physical issue I was having.

The wait time was short, punctual to the scheduled time. The nurse was friendly and efficient in the interview/pre-exam, and gave clear instructions. The NP (Melissa Cooper) was also friendly, efficient and professional during the exam. She asked me plenty of questions relevant to knee problem I have.
The Xray lab was also timely and quick, professionally done.

The CMAs are always so pleasant and inviting! I absolutely love Melissa! She actually talks to you like a person and listens carefully to what your issues are. She makes you feel like you are a part of the decisions that are made. Kudos to the Primary Care Team!

Hoover primary care (UAB) has been top notch all the way. Easy, fast check-in, minimal wait time (in a spacious and comfortable waiting area) and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The medical professionals were all friendly, responsive and really listened to my concerns. Highly recommend.

Nurse Melissa Cooper is wonderful. She really listened to me and offered recommendations while explaining why and what to expect. My brain isn't as quick as it once was so I appreciate how she was considerate of my slower pace and helped me understand everything. She really cares and it showed in how she treated me. I have the highest regard and respect for her.
