Melissa Carter is excellent. She always really listens to my concerns and asks questions. At my most recent visit (her 2nd to last one for the day) she stayed until everything was completely covered, even though she had to be somewhere and was working against the clock. She never rushed me. She took as much time as was necessary to work with me.

Melissa is always down to earth about any issues and she LISTENS. When I read her follow-up notes in my Patient Portal she often uses the exact phrase I use in talking with her at my OV. That's important!
