Melanie was very attentive to me. She worked hard to figure out what was going on with my ear. I have suffered with it since January.

Melanie Hacklander's standard is outstanding. She sets the bar so high you realize that other PCP's weren't that great once you received care from her. I feel listened to and actually cared for, not only as a patient but as a person as well. She is hands down THE best PCP i have ever had.

Renown has always been my provider, the service I receive when I go into the office on Robb dr is excellent from the receptionist, the provider in this case Melonie the lab and all the nurses in between.

In the last 2 years I have been begging a different provider at a different practice for the care that I received from Dr.Hacklander in 45 minutes. I was very close to giving up on doctors completely and the respect, care and quickness of this woman has made all of the difference. The world needs more Melanie's. Thank you so much

Melanie Hacklander is the best PCP I've had ever. Period. She listens to what i have to say and offers advice and i feel actually cared for. I don't think you can get any better than Melanie. Thank you for all that you do!

Ms. Hacklander is outstanding. She listens, spends time, explains things. She is very competent. I'm a physician and I'm very impressed with her bedside manner and her fund of knowledge. My wife will be getting an appointment with Ms. Hacklander soon.
