Hi, I believe my doctor, Dr. Melanie Powell, is a wonderful doctor. She's very informative. She's concerned about the directions that I am going physically, emotionally, psychologically. She is very involved in my care and she listens to my decisions and concerns and questions very well. And I appreciate her and I'm so thankful that she is my physician. I could give her 20 stars if I could. She is a very great doctor and has been for years. Thank you, Dr. Melanie Powell.

Everything was great and quite above expectations until I was ready to leave for another appointment. The receptionist told me to sit and wait in the waiting room instead of checking me out at the counter. I ended up missing my other appointment. I think the after-visit summary should be assigned to another individual, so patients don't have to sit around and wait for multiple patients to be checked in before being checked out. I had to wait at check-in, then wait to see the doctor, and then wait for the nurse to verify my checkout instructions (which I expected and was quite comfortable with). However, I don't think I should have been told to wait as long as I did for my after-visit summary and referral after all that.

Dr. Powell is both my mother's [PHI] and my[PHI], primary care provider, doctor, and we are always very satisfied with her attentive service, empathy, and care. We are very grateful, Dr. Powell, and to the entire staff for your care.

Yes, Dr Powell and her staff is a top notch office .they are like a 5 star restaurant. I just love them

Overall, I had a good medical visit and was able to voice my concerns. As always, the doctor was thorough with the examination. The only suggestion I have would be to allow patients a little more time to speak and fully express their concerns before receiving a response, as I sometimes felt I was only able to say a few words before the doctor responded.

Dr. Melanie Powell treated me like a unique person. This is why I stayed with that girl for over 25 years. I have no regrets, no, she's just a wonderful doctor to me and I thank her.

Yes, I just want to say Dr. Powell is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She definitely listens and understands after listening and knows exactly what to do. I have been going to the office for quite some time and I find that my physician, Melanie Powell, and I also see Dr. [REDACTED], they both are very, very personable. They know about me. They know about my family and they present themselves as they truly care about my health care and their involvement with my health care and I feel like I am in partnership with them as far as them just telling me what to do. Together, we have been planning my health care for all of these years and I would recommend them 100% to anyone who is looking for a physician.

I received the wrong paperwork for LabCorp. It belonged to a different patient. When I called the office to report it I was told my appointment paperwork would be mailed to me. I was not told your office would trace what happened to it. I mailed the incorrect Lab Corp paperwork to your office.
