Every visit always starts with big smile and a warm greeting. Check in is simple. The Medical Assistants are friendly and competent. My PCP always listens intently to whatever issues I may have and is easy to talk to and shows genuine concern. The Baptist Patient Portal is easy to navigate through and is updated almost immediately after changes in my health care occurs.

The customer service is top notch. Dr Parekh has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens and genuinely cares. I feel very comfortable going to him with all my health concerns. The front desk staff are very welcoming and polite. Overall a 10 out of 10 primary care.
