really liked not having multiple students and person that takes notes(scribe) in the room like last time. difficult to discuss concerns with so many people in room last year... one benefit of Covid this year

the problem I had was I'm severely hearing impaired and the current masks makes it hard to understand as I read lips to supplement my hearing. something needs to be done to help those of us with this problem to understand the nurse and doctor.
