I had an amazing experience from meeting with the x-ray tech, the orthopedist, and then my physical therapy person. Everybody was highly professional, friendly, and courteous. Even the ladies downstairs where you first sign in were extremely friendly and courteous.

My experience with HSS has been the most professional, caring, organized group and facility I have ever dealt with. This group is a well oiled machine and everyone I dealt with respected me and my anxiousness. Every employee we worked with were happy, patient and kind. I will definitely refer HSS to anyone who needs care.
