The clerk on the 1st floor wasn’t very friendly, or courteous. I went down to make a mammogram appointment and I was the one saying please, thank you and have a nice day.

PA Blanek remembers you, and she cares enough to look you in the eye and ask you about yourself. I only see her once a year but every time I feel calm and safe during my exam and afterwards.
