Normally I see [staff] but I had cough issues and was concerned the problem would worsen with events of graduation I was obligated to attend st GWU. I appreciated so much talking on Saturday and received truly excellent direction.

Somewhat difficult to schedule appt but once appt was made Megan was great. She was knowledgeable, listened, and had excellent bedside manner.

Very attentive and asked the appropriate questions that would help provide me the best care possible. Really appreciate that JHCP has virtual care hours on the weekends and late nights. This service provided me the ability to address my urgent concerns without delay or high expense.

I was released from the hospital on Sunday Jan 12 This providor caught something that the Drs at the hospital missed She became very concerned and reached out to my oncologist.My oncologist verified what the hospital missed also.I was asked to report to the urgent care at the hospital down town . I need to thank her for that.

Megan Rambob was an excellent provider. I have a severe sinus infection as a result of the flu. She listened very carefully and was very patient as I described my symptoms. She did not scoff at me or question my symptoms. She prescribed an antibiotic without me having to argue to get a prescription. But she went well beyond by suggesting additional things like physical therapy that I could do to ease my sinus discomfort. She was helpful with suggesting OTC medications that would help with sinus blockages. She was a great provider... Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

My service was exceptional as always at Sibley Johns Hopkins. This is the only facility that I go to for emergency and primary alike, I love the entire Johns Hopkins Network, it makes you feel cared for with kid gloves if you will!! If you have an issue, JH has a solution with a warm, caring smile.
