Megan's assistant(?) Jessica went well beyond my expectations in assisting me with a billing issue. She had a resolution in less than 24 hours. Wonderful customer service, and she is always most pleasant during my visits

I absolutely appreciate her! She will listen and not talk down to me. She is not opposed to alternate additional treatment (herbal) where/when possible. She is a joy to have as my Primary!

It was refreshing to find a primary care contact that is willing to listen and is relatable. She was able to talk with me about each of my issues with a great level of understanding and was able to give me direction for each issue in relatable terms.
