I missed an appt one day, got an appt the next day and missed that one too due to a condition I was experiencing at the time. I wasn’t charged for either no show, which was so appreciative. Dr Phelps read MyChart and got me in within a week. Dr Phelps and everyone at the office was so nice and understanding and made me feel like I wasn’t a burden.

Megan was very personable while listening to my explanation and understanding my needs, she provided answers to all my questions and suggested a [ ] and involving a dermatologist for my ailment. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my chart and history.
