Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Just her bedside manner is wonderful alone and the program is what addicts need it’s very informative, helpful, and helps people stay sober in a way.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing it’s perfect that way it is set up and Theresa is wonderful I hope she never leaves

Yes, I feel like she listens like no other Doctor ever has.She also has given me lots of information that no other Doctor ever has. I think she is the best doctor I have ever seen

I think Teresa is the first dr that never try’s to make it a in and out appointment she will listen and never make you feel rushed to many drs come in and 5 minutes later are leaving to the next patient she is always really down to earth I don’t like drs but I really like her I actually look forward to seeing her
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I know everything could use some kind of improvement but I can’t imagine what because to me it’s always been good I come early sometimes and always I’m in right away never having to wait

I just love her! She's the kindest person I've ever met. She wants to genuinely help people and she's doing that. I'm so grateful I'm a patient of hers I don't know where I'd be without her and her team. The receptionist the nurse and her! All amazing women

I personally feel as if the entire medical team there does aye pretty outstanding job,I've reached personal goals with my sobriety that I had thought I'd never be able to do,seems as if the treatment team there actually cares about there patients and that does make aye huge difference in people's sobriety.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There's not much I can complain about nor say negative,this treatment and the people helping me withit have truly saved my life.

I felt that I was treated with dignity and respect. This office cares about their patients and providing the best treatment possible

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I love and appreciate Theresa and all her staff from her right hand nurse to the receptionist they make sure to discreetly get me in and out of my appointment and thoroughly explain any changes or questions I may have... Also I'm thankful for the new office and all the good it is finally bringing to our area, Theresa and her team are the best.

She’s the only dr that never seemed to rush the apppointment and always explained everything and listened to what I said she never made me feel like I was an addict also if I came in 20 minutes to early for my appointment I still was seen right away I don’t like going to the drs and I really should go for other things but if we had general drs like her I wouldn’t hesitate to go and be seen

I really like the fact that Teresa and staff treat us with respect and compassion and don't treat us all with respect and compassion and not just a paycheck.

They work with my difficult schedule and they provide excellent treatment and support.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I can’t think of anything. Maybe a bit of testosterone replacement or information about reversing side effects.

Stephane and Teresa are so amazing, ahe has been amazing since she got the MAT program. She has help me so much and is Just a great person and NP.

The whole staff at the MAT clinic are awesome. Empathetic, they listen and give great advice and knowledge is top notch. It's hard to find doctors or nurses who understand everyone's needs are different and some people need more than others even if they are same size, age etc. Best MAT clinic in the state.

Upon meeting Teresa, you can tell she's in this field for the right reasons, and that her heart is in her work. She is very pleasant, and informative. Teresa is someone who is very easy to talk to, relatable, and is someone I TRUST.

Theresa and Stephanie are wonder to work with. Both lady’s have a great sense of humor and are always respectful. Overall love working with them both. They always listen and take into consideration any requests or thoughts you may have. I would hope other patients felt the same way for them.

I believe everything is outstanding the way it is.

She's a very kind person and listens. She's a wealth of information and explains things that are going on in the community which are dangerous or harmful to her patients. She's helped me tremendously with helping to control my back pain and she's very understanding and listens
