I was seen promptly and the nurse was very efficient at taking blood. Mary Ann Roberts was very thorough and knowledgeable and most of all she was genuinely concerned about my well being.

It seems like you are catering to an older generation with more healthcare needs. I love my caregiver but the atmosphere is just ver different then I’m used to.

You are treated like family. My doctor is about the patient's health. He makes sure EVERYTHING is covered. He asks if I have any questions or concerns before I leave. If there are, he answers them then. The atmosphere is very good. I am soooo happy going there.

I would really screen the resumes and interviews process. Train staff on how to work professionally. Since, this is a Health Care Business, the Staff should practice and use,Universal Precautions and know the HIPPO Laws.

Keep good physicians, that actually give proper treatment, time, and patience. Also, every person is different and not 70's + I'm 55 and lord know if I couldn't speak up for myself I do t know what would have happened.

I haven’t been to a doctor office with great bedside manner,and staff that treats you like a family member and not just a patient that need to be seen and get them in and out to move on to the next one, everyone takes the time to listen to your needs as well as request with understanding,In fact I have recommended several people.from the time you walk in until you leave it’s wonderful
