Communication btwn office staff is still an issue. Yesterday I had blood drawn and no one informed Labcorp my insurance had changed so they want to send me a bill. And there was confusion on an X-ray scheduling. I’ve seen some vast improvement with the office since we started and I love the concept, which is part of the reason we picked JenCare. I only reason I stay now is because I trust and appreciate Mary Ann Roberts. She is fantastic

The people who work at JenCare are friendly and caring. This includes everyone. from the housekeeper to the wonderful techs, NP’s and Doctors. The receptionists go out their way to help you.

The people all staff were knowledgeable and nice. My NP asked questions about my health and welfare. Nurses concerned about my living situation. They are nice. I like the Mechanicsville site very much.and the Delta staff very nice and helpful
