I appreciate the detailed and personal care that comes from the doctors at TRPC. I love taking my kids here and plan to bring all my kids here in the future.

We love Dr. Smith. She is an amazing pediatrician! She takes extra time to listen to any concerns and is never dismissive. Finding a provider who truly cares and listens to you is so hard, but she ALWAYS goes above and beyond.

I love ms Dr Smith caring for my baby I wish we would’ve had her sooner at Thibodaux Regional She does an excellent job for my baby and I bless to have her and she really cares! thank you Dr smith

Dr. Smith is truly amazing. She is so kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, making sure every possible base is covered to figure out what’s going on. She always keeps us informed and takes the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel reassured and confident in his care. Dr. Smith is an outstanding pediatrician, and we are so thankful to have her caring for our babies.

I have five children and have been to many doctors and nurses over the years. Dr. Meagan Smith was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, personal, understanding, and caring. She truly listened and helped me with some issues we were having outside of what I went in there to take care of. She went the extra mile and made me feel like I didn't just have a doctor, I had a friend who loved and cared about my child as much as I did. She took her time, and I felt valued and loved. I am so thankful that she has come to Thibodaux to serve our community. You can tell this is not just her job, but her calling.

Dr smith was very good at explaining everything to me and easing my concerns about placing my children on medication. I felt at ease with the decision we made.

The front desk staff was very friendly from the first phone encounter. They got us on the schedule very quickly and on the same day, even as a new patient. The front desk staff was also very friendly upon arrival and departure. Dr. Smith went above and beyond for my little one. She really made me feel like she was caring for her own children instead of a strangers. Her knowledge, thoroughness, kindness, and patient compassion was like no other that we've experienced before!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing more needs to be done. Our whole experience was beyond exceptional

Medical assistant and phlebotomist did an extraordinary job with my teen daughter, very patient and caring giving her shots and getting her blood.

Dr. Smith was the first doctor to validate my concerns of my child’s sleep problems. She made me feel seen as a parent and didn’t just normalize our issues. I 100% will be recommending her to anyone looking for a new pediatrician!
