Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This is my first time having my doctor actually listen to me and value what I said. Instead of just giving me anti inflammatory and sending me away.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It was a perfect visit. Doctors like this make me want to make my appointments annually.

Everyone I met in the office was outstanding. I’m going to see if I can bring the rest of my family to this medical group as it would be a better experience than we’ve had over the past several years.

This was a new patient appointment. Dr. McGinn did a thorough job reviewing my chart before my appointment. He proposed a plan of action for my health concerns and a follow up appointment in three months.

I was impressed by Dr. McMinn. His bedside manner is excellent. He is knowledgeable and gave me his undivided attention. He was a great listener and addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond by recommending a book to read and a podcast to listen to.

I was impressed with the care and patience to Dr McMinn attentive to listen and clearly explain my well-being. I am pleased to be a part of BJC Health Network and selection of my new doctor since my previous doctor retired after 30+ years.

Both him and his nurse are always excellent. Dr. Mcminn is the first PCP I've had in a long time and he has always been wonderful at working with me and managing my health anxiety and that means a lot that I feel like he and his team truly cares about my health overall and I appreciate that more than I can put into words

My family is joining a new practice after several years of high dissatisfaction with our old practice. I would say that my entire recent experience meeting Dr McMinn was outstanding. He was personable, seemed un-rushed, curious about me personally and my medical questions. His answers and suggestions seemed reasonable and thoughtful. After my appointment, all follow-up items were handled quickly. Additionally, all staff I interacted with during my first appointment (and a subsequent follow up appointment) were professional, helpful and personable. All in all it was a refreshingly positive experience!

My PCP was able to explain in understandable terms the test results that my specialist neglected to tell me about. Also Dr McMinn is a fantastic listener which is rare in healthcare these days.

Both Dr McMinn and his MA were amazing. I had recently been hospitalized, they had taken the time to know about me before I came in. Was this was a visit to establish care, they never felt "new" to me.

I’m quite happy that Dr.McMinn is willing to take me on as his patient. He is very easy to talk to and explained things that I should be doing very well. He gave valid reasons for his comments, too. I will be returning next week.
